    A It doesn’t. It has its own app. Feel fit

    A Hi only 3 possibilities I can think of...1) is your phone up to date with the latest Android Opperating system? 2) contact the manufacturer 3) sorry...update phone

    A As I know this app do not ask about GPS access. I turned off GPS and it's still working.

    A Yes. It automatically syncs data from the ABYON app to the Fitbit app.

    A It connects to an app automatically. When the app is open and you step on the scale it records a multitude of measurements. If the computer has a way to have an app downloaded on it I assume it would work but I only know about using the app on my phone.
  9. Q My scale won’t turn on. When the app asks me to stand on the scale it says device not found?
    A My scale doesn't work either. Total waste of money
  10. Q Is this the best brand? How is the quality?
    A I find that the quality is excellent. The scale seems sturdy.. I was able to connect it to my phone very easily. It works with my Fitbit app. I open the ABYON app and step on the scale. There is an audible tone from my phone when it has my weight. The weight is also recorded in the Fitbit app. The scale does everything I want and is not expensive.

    A Weight units are lbs / kg / st...and yes you have the option to change the weight unit whenever in settings.

    A As long as you stay logged in on the app, it will sync under your profile
  14. Q Why is the muscle mass reported in lbs so high, like 148lb vs total bodyweight of 169lbs which comes to ~90% Even most athletes have less than 50%
    A Muscle weights more then fat.
  15. Q How does this scale determine all of these different things from my weight? I don't see that mentioned anywhere.
    A Bio-impedance, its on the app.

    A It does work, better than any other comparably priced scale. When linked to your smart phone it provides bio-impedance information that I find immensely helpful.

    A Doubt it
  18. Q Where is the scale data defined so you know healthy ranges?
    A All data is stored on the app. It tells you the numbers and tracks, but it's manual input for the most part. As well, you'll have to do your own research to define healthy to you.

    A It work with an apple or android. My friend and I have one of each. And it works well with both of ours.

    A It should be possible if you have the correct app for the scale loaded on your phone and make sure the Bluetooth is on for the correct scale you are using......
  22. Q My scale is not working after my first set of batteries were changed. yes, i installed 3 verified good aaas. is this covered under warranty?
    A Mine broke as well and customer service won't respond to my emails. So it doesn't matter what the warranty is they will not honor it.
  23. Q May I use this scale in my gym and keep records from my customers in my phone? Am I able to print their results?
    A Yes until it breaks in 6 months and customer support doesn't respond to your emails so you get sad and start collecting cats and eating icecream while crying every night the whole time not having a scale to weigh yourself not realizing you gained 60 lbs and now have type 2 diabetes. Also, no it does not have a way to easily print their results.
  24. Q How is it possible that a signal traveling from one foot to the other measure anything above your gut? Current travels along the shortest path.
    A That's a good question to do to the manufaturers. Next month I intend to go to a nutricion professional and I'll ask him/her to measure and then compare with the scale results.
  25. Q Is the abyon app work with myfitness pal? i just received mine and it only links to google for and fitbit. please advise or i will have to return it.
    A I don't know because I don't use MyFitnessPal.
  26. Q Though it states “do not use it while having wet feet” , has anyone accidentally tried it ?
    A We have not tried it with wet feet. Main comment here is you need to have your phone nearby and open to the app for it to quickly send the data to your phone. My wife and I both use it and we ensure that the correct phone is on the app when we step on the scale.

    A I believe it sends a quick electrical current through your body.

    A It functions really weird. The weight flickers on the screen, some zeroes march across, then it goes off. Looks like it's not working. But if you sync it with the app - all the information is there. At least that is how mine works. Gotta get the app!

    A Mine is in English Maybe there are two versions out there
  48. Q I have downloaded the app but it won't create an account. It spins and then just stops without creating an account. Any ideas?
    A Try the following:1. Restart the phone and reopen the application.2. Uninstall and then reinstall the application.3. Enable or disable Bluetooth while you make the account, try both ways.4. Make sure you have all of the application's requested permissions enabled.One of those should fix the problem.

    A App works with Bluetooth 4.0, supports Android 4.3 & IOS 7.0 or above system. For Android 6.0+, you must turn on location.

    A no, if you would like it only show your information. you can register different user and different App account,the information will showing in separate account.
  55. Q Which phone permissions does the app require? Can it collect data and graph statistics without sending information outside the phone?
    A You can access the application on your phone, review the app permissions (extensive) without installing the application. I don't give anyone access to my exact location, camera and video taking capability, my identity. Requires 18 different permissions. And the developer ->QingNiu. I wish I'd looked up app permissions before placing my order.
  56. Q does the scale report in increments of ounces and pounds?
    A You set the scale to your preference of measurement when synching the app with your phone. I didn’t use it straight out of the box so I didn’t take notice to what it was pre set to.

    A It can measure in both.

    A Yes, it links to the app “Feelfit”, which tracks and stores health data collected by the scale.

    A Yes it can. It syncs through the Apple Health app, which in turn syncs to your Apple Watch apps that track health data. Just make sure you download the app that comes with the scale (it is free) and have your iPhone within Bluetooth range.

    A No it has its own app Fleetfit which works well.

    A Yes, you can connect it to Fitbit.
  62. Q Can people with small feet use it, or will their feet not touch all sensors? I have a size 3.5 foot.
    A 3.5 foot can touch all sensors. cover the four sensors one side is 21cm,other side is 23cm.
  63. Q Will this also give results on display or must you use app? Also does it give body weight?
    A The results can be seen on the apps. But you will see the body weight on the scale.
  64. Q How do i connect my abyon scale to my fitbit app? it won’t recogize it
    A I had to connect to the app that is in the instructions first, then I could connect to my Fitbit and it had another option for the google fit as well.
