My scale is fairly new and I put new batteries and it just won’t work at all and I message the seller and no response please assist this scale is new?Back to product

  1. It functions really weird. The weight flickers on the screen, some zeroes march across, then it goes off. Looks like it's not working. But if you sync it with the app - all the information is there. At least that is how mine works. Gotta get the app!
