Just received scale. installed 3 different sets of batteries and scale doesn't come on. added & removed app. phone on then off. what gives?Back to product

This issue happen because the batteries connection point not longer enough to connect the scale.we fixed it in new coming scale. there have 2 Solution for the old scale who were buy in June: 1 use needle nose pliers and extend the battery contacts (they look like little springs).it will work2 Use this longer connect point batteries:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L5BFJB8?ref=myi_title_dp,we will pay the batteries cost for you.thank you everyoneMEILI Support
